A memoir about sobriety, truth, and surviving yourself.

I didn’t become sober because I was graceful or enlightened.
I became sober because I was exhausted — from the chaos, the blackouts, and the versions of myself I barely recognized.
The Diary of a Twenty-Five-Year-Old Alcoholic is a raw, unfiltered memoir about addiction, reckless choices, and the quiet decision to choose sobriety anyway.
This is my story.
Why I wrote this…
This book quickly became a living, breathing thing during my first two years of being alcohol-free. I poured my heart into it with the only intention being to help myself — and, hopefully, others along the way. I don’t know who I would be now without this process, and I am forever grateful for what it has shown me. It caught me after I chose to save myself.
